True Par is a golf scoring, GPS and performance tracking app published by Bermond Studio Ltd. It helps golfers score rounds against an adjusted personal par, view GPS yardages, track performance and access coaching and AI features.

True Par is a golf scoring and GPS aid for recreational scoring, practice and performance tracking. You remain responsible for checking local course rules, competition rules and any official score submissions.

Yardages, maps, tee data, green coordinates and scorecard information may be inaccurate, unavailable or delayed. Always use your own judgement on the course and follow local course rules and safety guidance.

AI round analysis, first-tee focus and AI Swing Lab output are generated from the available data, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not guaranteed professional instruction. AI Swing Lab output is not medical advice. You must use your own judgement and follow course and competition rules.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must not attempt to access another user's account or data.

Guest mode lets you use parts of the app without creating an account. Guest data may only be stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or device data is cleared.

True Par Plus may unlock premium features including unlimited and imported history, AI round analysis, advanced statistics, course memory, first-tee plans, shot and club tracking, watch access, goals and trophies, course notes and premium exports.

Subscriptions and any eligible digital purchases are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are controlled by the relevant store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.

A verified coach may offer free or paid swing reviews and one-to-one live video lessons through True Par. Eligible digital coaching purchases are one-time purchases managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. In-person lesson pricing, payment, location, cancellation and delivery are arranged directly with the coach. Coach availability, advice and results are not guaranteed by True Par.

Private coaching photos, videos and voice notes you share are not made public, sold, or used for unrelated training. They are stored privately and accessed through checked, short-lived links. Watch companion features (Apple Watch, Wear OS and Garmin Connect IQ) depend on your device, its permissions and the relevant platform services, and may be interrupted by those providers.

You remain responsible for the messages and media you submit and must have the right to share that content. True Par may review reported material and restrict or remove content, accounts or coaching access to protect users and the service. You can report messages and block a coaching connection.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit another person.
• Share illegal, hateful, sexual, abusive or infringing content.
• Spam users.
• Misuse the app or interfere with its operation.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Reverse engineer protected services.
• Scrape provider data.
• Break applicable laws or platform rules.

True Par may restrict or remove accounts, content or coaching access to protect users and the service.

If you submit course corrections, notes, reports or feedback, you allow us to use that information to improve the app and course data.

We aim to keep True Par reliable, but the app may be unavailable or interrupted due to maintenance, network issues, third-party provider issues or device limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Par is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate GPS, course data, scoring data, unavailable services or use of the app in competitions.

We may update features, pricing, legal terms or service providers. We will communicate material changes through the app or this page under our existing policy wording. These updates do not override your non-waivable consumer rights.
